Hi, I’m Melanie Pereira, a Certified Personal Trainer. Since 2013, I’ve been educating and supporting women and men in their health and fitness journeys. It’s become my personal mission to help as many adults as possible achieve their dream fitness goals. Using my unique and personalized programs, my clients have been able to make permanent and sustainable changes that positively impact their lifestyles.
My workout and nutrition programs are flexible so you can work out at home or in the gym and you can eat the foods you enjoy! You’ll learn how to build lean, toned muscles while losing unwanted weight and learn how to properly fuel your body. I also offer maintenance programs for anyone looking to preserve their current level of fitness.
I’ve had my own struggles with weight and almost gave up after fad diets and trendy exercise routines had failed me. Through determination and education, I experienced a total mind and body transformation. As I saw positive results on a weekly basis, I became extremely motivated to continue this healthy lifestyle and turned my fitness goals into reality.
